One of the silver linings of 2020 was working with clients that became my friends. For anyone in a service-based industry you know how AMAZING it feels to get a glowing review of your work. @mrs._jessie_newton & @newty33 thank you again for your trust and for our newfound friendship so grateful for wonderful clients like you... this testimonial means everything to me! You want an "On it", committed, on-time, follow through kick butt realtor, ...who doesn't?! Taya and her team will come in, take over ANYTHING you don't want to handle or can't and they have your back!!! We sold not one, but two properties with Taya. Why, you ask? Our first experience was amazing with 19 offers on our apartments in the first week that we thought, "hell ya we want her to sell our home!". Taya is honest and considerate... she will tell you "how it is" as this is her job and she does it extremely well. She a strong woman, mom, wife and and amazing realtor; my husband's grandmother is currently working with her as well and she is one tough cookie! I miss our selling process as this meant we had time spent with Taya, not many people can say that about their agent. Much gratitude, love and respect, Jessie and KC Newton #clientreview #hapyclients #agentsofcompass #womenofcompass #womeninbusiness #kickbutt @bryan.alano See more

As I sit here on the eve of New Year’s Eve, 2020, I’m filled with a mixture of feelings This year started with such excitement and hope then everything came to a stop. As many people can attest, this year has been overwhelmingly sad, disappointing, devastating, scary, etc.... But instead of focusing on all that wasn’t, I choose to focus on all that was. Here are the things I’d like to thank 2020 for Gio & Luca fell in love with dancing after playing Just Dance 2020 on playstation, which in turn exposed them to new music that they now love. Gio learned how to skateboard and surf! I got to spend more quality time with our kids when they’re little although it’s been tough, I know I’ll look back and be thankful for this extra time that I’ll never get back. Since Vinnie couldn’t do jiujitsu (as he usually did daily) he started surfing too, and has created countless memories with our boys We went to the beach more in 9 months than I have been in my entire life. Our dogs got to be with us more than they ever have which is truly a gift since they are 10 and 12 years old now. We got to spend quality time with our neighbors outside I had time to create more video content for my business than even before which resulted in my business doubling this year Vinnie and I made it through one of the most challenging times in our marriage (being thrown out of our normal routines and at home 24/7 has not been easy, but we did it!) 2020 has taught me not to take good health for granted I am learning how to roller-skate (Lord knows that would not have happened in a normal year LOL) I’m sure there is more that I’m leaving out, but you get the point. Positivity is a perspective, and I choose to see the glass half full. ? ? @ Los Angeles, California
