We are so frustrated with Yelp! We take a great deal of pride in our work and strive to give our clients the compassionate and professional care that we’d want in their situation. The vast majority of our clients are extremely happy and satisfied with our work, and have attempted to leave positive reviews on Yelp, only to have their review relegated to "not recommended" status which is not taken into consideration of our overall average review of our office. Currently, Yelp... is only showing four reviews out of 20. Two of the four they show are one-star reviews. One of those is from a former client's ex-wife's friend (i.e., not a former client) and is filled with flat-out lies. I want to sincerely thank all of you who have written such beautiful, positive Yelp reviews for us. Helping people is what makes our jobs meaningful for us. I am sorry that Yelp has buried your reviews and I am trying to figure out a solution. Meanwhile, for those of you who want to read ALL of our reviews, you’ve got to go to the bottom of our Yelp page and click on 16 other reviews that are not currently recommended. You may also leave positive feedback on Google, Yahoo and Avvo.
