To reheat empanadas Use a preheated oven or toaster oven is good to 350 degrees for a NOT frozen empanada - if freezing, thaw before reheating. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes and flip for another couple of minutes... Microwave is fine, 1 at a time approx 45 seconds to 1 minute

It's been a while... this is the first year, since 2011 that there won't be a mad house with massive amounts of empanadas and cupcakes being made in preparation for the anniversary of kokolitas. All 80 cupcake flavors and all 20 empanada flavors... available the same day. We love you and we miss you... you can still get our empanadas at some local places... but we were thinking... how many of you woul...d come if we made our top 20 cupcake flavors and top 10 empanada flavors available for one day only in November to celebrate the anniversary of date we became a part of the SCV community in the food scene...
