Slabberday Sale! This Saturday the 21st we are opening up our workshop and yard to the public to clear out slab inventory before winter hits. Got our photography setup sorted out - website is coming together. Here’s first set of kiln dried black walnut burls that’s going up to be posted for sale (we plane in stages to reduce warping after). Excited that so far we’ll have the following Sawyers and builders on the new Norcalsawyers.com at launch: All Wood Salvage ... Pulling some monster black walnut slabs out of the kiln - up to 16ft long, and up to 7ft wide. These and hundreds of others will be going on the new NorCalSawyers.com in the next couple weeks with delivery offered around Northern California. In the meantime if you are looking for a slab for a particular project drop us a line and we’ll pull it out, measure and photograph it for you.

Hey folks, we at Tahoe Slab Furniture took over from Scot @ Millers Milling/NorCal sawyers co-op this week. We’ve got his inventory as well as over 1,000 of our own slabs for sale or commissioned builds. We’ll be building an online inventory of locally sourced, kiln dried, surfaced slabs to shop with delivery available across Northern California. You’re also welcome to come visit our workshop in Nevada City if you’d like to shop in person. Look forward to continuing to serve this community.

Just a update I have sold my entire inventory and this page to Colin Davis at Tahoe Slab Furniture. This is a great company and I think you will find Colin to be a very nice man, him and his team make beautiful furniture and have lots of slabs. They will also be offering kiln drying and flattering services so stay tuned and check them out! Thanks for being great, I’ll be fishing but will be around
