Yesterday, before closing, a little girl walked over and handed me this. I don’t think it could have came at a better time. One year ago today, Tacoa opened its doors for the first time. Being from SF, I didn’t know what to expect out here in Sacramento. After I came across this location, I knew it would be perfect for my fast-casual concept. Fast forward a year later and I don’t think there could have been a better location for Tacoa. I would just like to thank everyone who... has stopped by; whether it was just to ask for water, take pictures, or spent a couple hours inside. If you came from 100 miles away or only a couple block away, your are just as appreciated. Never in a million years would I have imagined, that this was how my first year as a business owner would have turned out. The good thing is we’re still here, thanks to every single one of you.
