This dish is called Mee Krob I highly recommend this dish to whoever come visit us at restaurant. First We fried vermicelli noodle in a very high heat til crispy secondly We put our special house mee krob sauce in high heat wok and keep stirring in circle motion til cameralized ( this take awhile and a lot of patience otherwise it will burned) then we add the crispy vermicelli rice noodle to the sauce and it’s done! Because this dish is so hard to make and it take a lot of time just to prepare it that’s why there are not many Thai restaurant served this dish anymore.
