We did, so we went to coach @surgefitness and this is what we got. ... _ 1. Zero degree angle commonly used as an accessory exercise to emphasize the triceps 2. 90 degree or military push-up. This one should be avoided as it places lots of stress on the passive ligaments in the shoulder rather than the muscles in the chest. 3. 45 degree style push-up.
