Mrs. Anderson's Silicone baking pad: One of our favorites!!! Woven glass fibers sealed inside of the mat transfer heat evenly so foods cook perfectly every time. The mat is also great for freezing foods such as fruits to be used later in baking or smoothies. Naturally non-stick, foods release quickly and easily without oiling or greasing the surface, making this a healthy baking alternative. Strong and durable, it will outlast thousands of uses and can withstand temperatures from -40F to 480F. Being reusable, it is more economical and environmentally-friendly than parchment paper. Sponge clean and air dry to store.

Looking for live Lobster to ring in the New Year? Place your order with the seafood department by 12 p.m. on Wednesday the 30th. Average size is 1 1/2 lbs. but larger size may be available as well. Just a reminder: Sunshine Foods will be closing at 6 p.m. on New Years Eve and will be closed New Years Day, re-opening on Saturday, January 2nd.
