The wait is finally over and the count down has begun! 15 days until we reopen kickboxing classes in person at Studio Fit! Monday, July 6th is Hit It Day! What does our reopen look like? A little of this, a little of that, accommodating a whole lot of our members need’s. Our revamped-hybrid schedule consist of a mix of in person, virtual, and prerecorded classes making kickboxing an option regardless of what’s going on. We are starting with a base schedule and will add clas...ses monthly. Preregistration is required for in person classes and space is limited. We are following regulations to make your workout space safe and will provide an outline of conditions. The good news is...we are taking care of all the extra work! Rock Steady Boxing is a specialized program where people with Parkinson’s glove up to fight back against the disease.
