Stuart Pharmaceuticals Pasadena

This is what Stuart looks like now, a huge apartment complex and they are still building. The pool was used by the employees on their off hours. There used to be a covering near the far end of the pool that had a ping pong table. We were treated right working there, it is still my favorite past employer. I remember one time in the Fall or Winter when the grass was yellow, they had it painted green because of some important visitors coming for a visit. I don't remember who they were, probably executives from ICI (Imperial Chemicals Inc.) based in London which was our mother company. ICI was one of the world's largest chemical and specialty companies along with DuPont and 3M.

I met my Sister-In-Law at Stuart before I met my wife. A wonderful lady named Cheri. I met her sister Margaret in the company bowling league, and later married her, on a bowling night of course.
