Hello! If we haven’t met, I’m Atheena current therapist and owner of Strive to thrive wellness practice. After many years in community mental health three years ago I set out to develop a private clinical practice that focused on working with clients using all forms of healing I believe in. A lot of real ness, culturally sensitive, and focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Along the way I’ve noticed a niche of clients in my office ages 20-40 working through life transitions, m...ilestones, self development, self esteem, career stress, healing from past sexual traumas and much more. Ive had some teen gals along the way learning how to navigate self love in this world and therapists in training that are working on their personal and professional development in therapy as well. Amazing to witness and be a part of it all! Developing self love, healing hurts, and empowering my clients to grow has fueled my fire in so many ways During these last few months I’ve had a few transitions myself aka relocating and have condensed my practice to a few in office days in SF and virtual teletherapy. I am at full capacity and seeing where this new chapter leads me I thank all my clients that have worked with me in the past and current clients that continue to ignite the empathy within me.
