Katelin is 13 years old with hip and leg tightness. We worked on increasing her range of motion and flexibility. Since her first time, she does not feel tightness and pain in her hips and her hamstrings are more flexible allowing her to take larger strides while walking. She is an amazing girl full of laughs and I am so grateful to have been a part of her team to work towards a goal to make ourselves better and recover after physical activity.
