Family time... man’s best friend..

Iron therapy.. Oh how valuable this is to me... With so my much hatred, resentment, jealousy, just straight up hypocritical behavior in the world today, this is that 1 hour ... where none of that even matters. There is to much hate, even worse to much justification for the hate... the Victim mentality , whoa is me nonsense... that we got to find the outlet right for us... Spiritually it’s God for me, but if I’m not real with all my baggage with Him then I’m just consciously hypocriticle, not respecting my time with God and taking it for granted.. It’s a big reason why I quit drinking all together, don’t even want a sip, because I don’t want to take for granted the work God has done in me with my addictions and recovery.. 1 year today not one drop... boom!!! So instead I replaced it with multivitamins , bcaas, and pre workout... much healthier alternative... Physically: it’s the iron grind and journaling.... these are my outlets, these my dedication moments to God... just Him and I.. in our own little mastermind. No one needs to know, and no one needs to be apart of it, because it’s our own intimate spiritual connection. God wants to have that with you, but you have to cut all the noise out, all the destructive behaviors. How you treat people when no one is looking, shoot more importantly how you treat yourself when no one is looking... I’m saddened to continue to hear the shit that I hear. But at the end of the day, my control is who I am in Christ... nothing else matters... because He will lay out everything else for me, as He has done to this day... it’s becoming more beautiful by the minute... Be encouraged YAll... do great things today. And get that iron therapy in!!!
