Friends! It is time to get back out on the standup paddleboards and do some yoga! I am looking to get a regular schedule set up: let's start with fridays 11:00 - 12:30. For those that need a weekend timeslot, how about 10:00 am Sunday mornings? If there is interest, I can add tuesdays 11:00 - 12:30.
