Starting the New Year right. Today, in Jane Does v. GirlsDoPorn, after over 3 years of litigation (and a 99-day trial), the San Diego Superior Court awarded our clients $12.8 million dollars, ordered defendants return their videos/images, and ordered the defendants stop their fraudulent business practices. We are honored to represent these brave 22 women and this outcome is well deserved vindication.

After 3 months in trial, closing arguments in Jane Does v. GirlsDoPorn are set to begin today at 9:00 a.m. in the San Diego Superior Court.

In addition to our current business fraud trial against GirlsDoPorn and its operators, the defendants now face the federal government.
