Jury bias against skin color and demographic - How do you achieve that break through honest moment on such a sensitive subject? In other words, how do you ask someone you do not know " are you racist"?

DUI - What happens when the officer does not see the alleged drunk driver "drive." In California the "driving" can be proven by circumstantial evidence. Such as standing by the car with the engine still warm and the keys in your pocket.
