As a local agent I get to meet lots of wonderful people in different phases of their lives. What’s so interest is how differently a space can be used. My Sellers had already moved out and into their new home. Before handing the keys to the new buyer, I went ahead and did a final walk thru of the property. To my surprise, I see this beautiful green dream catcher left behind and immediately contacted my client to see if it was intentional or forgotten by mistake. I was happy to be of help and bring it back to my client until I realized I was vertically challenged and could not reach it myself. Lol ... and since th...ey moved out already, there was not chair or ladder to use. It was then that I understood how it got left behind unintentionally. The good news is the Buyers were able to take it down the following day and I was to be of service to pick it up and hand deliver it back to the little girl whose dreams were to be caught once again.
