Tip of the day When trying to sell your home consider this. Your carpet is one of the first things prospective buyers see. ... Having your carpet professionally cleaned and repairs made (if any) shows that your home has been well cared for, and may save you the expense of replacement.

TIP OF THE DAY: For some reoccurring spots, here is one way to remove them. Use spray bottle with distilled white vinager.... Spray spot. Use a clean white cotton cloth and lightly rub back and forth. Do NOT rub in a circular motion. Repeat process, using clean part of cloth each time, until spot is removed. This will not leave residue, so re-soiling is less likely. This will also help keep your carpet looking fresh in between professional cleanings. Enjoy your day. Feel free to share.

Tip of the month: Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. Keep your vacuum clean, this will help maintain your carpets.

Food for thought: Cooking oils that settle on to the hard floor surfaces in your home, are picked up on the bottom of your shoes, and then transferred onto the carpeted areas. This, then adds to the soiling in your traffic areas. Remember, while cooking, use your exhaust fan, This will eliminate a large portion of cooking oils, that will settle onto other surfaces. It will also reduce odors that get trapped into our carpet. Have a great 5th of July!

TIP OF THE DAY Keep in mind, that the cleaner the hard surfaces are kept in your home, the cleaner your carpet will stay. Soil will transfer from your shoes or your feet, to your carpet.
