Make these delicious pumpkin s'mores bars. Recipe right here! Ingredients: Nonstick cooking spray... 8 whole sheets Stater Bros. Honey Graham Crackers, finely crushed cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar 4 tablespoons Stater Bros. Unsalted Butter ( stick), melted 1 can (15 ounces) Full Circle Market Organic 100% Pure Pumpkin 1 can (12 ounces) Stater Bros. Evaporated Milk 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon teaspoon ground ginger teaspoon salt 1 cup Stater Bros. Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 cups Stater Bros. Mini Marshmallows Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 9-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil so that foil extends about 2 inches over sides of pan; spray with cooking spray. 2. In medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and butter; firmly press into bottom of prepared dish. Bake crust 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire rack. 3. In large bowl, whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, salt and remaining cup brown sugar; fold in cup chocolate chips. Pour pumpkin mixture over crust and sprinkle with remaining cup chocolate chips; bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge of dish comes out clean and center is almost set. Cool 30 minutes on wire rack; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or up to overnight. 4. Place oven rack 6 inches from source of heat; turn broiler to high. Sprinkle bar with marshmallows; toast under broiler 30 seconds or until marshmallows are golden brown. Using overhanging sides of foil, lift bar out of dish; transfer to cutting board. Remove foil; cut into 16 squares. Refrigerate bars in airtight container up to 1 week.

Green Chile & Cheese: 3 tablespoons canned minced green chilies 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 3 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar or Mexican blendcheese 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard Garlic salt, to taste Optional: Snipped fresh cilantro and green onion tops Brie & Thyme: 3 tablespoons cream of brie 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme teaspoon garlic salt Freshly ground pepper, to taste Optional: Snipped fresh chives and fresh thyme leaves Bacon & Cheddar: cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon, plus extra for topping 2 tablespoons shredded sharp cheddar cheese Smoked Sea Salt: cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard teaspoon smoked sea salt Optional: Snipped fresh chives and fresh parsley Sriracha: 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard Garlic salt, to taste Optional: Snipped fresh chives and chopped fresh parsley Directions: 1. Boil eggs, then peel and cut each one in half. 2. Scoop out yolks into a medium bowl. 3. Mash with your selected ingredients and sprinkle with your choice of toppings. 4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
