Dear Patients, Friends, and Family, We hope you have all been doing well during this unprecedented time. We want to reassure you that your treatment and your health are our first priorities. It is also one of our main objectives to begin rescheduling regular appointments in our office as soon as it is safe to do so.... We are working closely with the American Association of Orthodontics and the California Dental Association in order to follow all recommended policies regarding how and when to safely re-open our office. We will be taking all the precautions necessary to ensure a safe and healthy environment for both our patients and our staff. We will soon be sending you more detailed information regarding how we will proceed with your future appointments. Dear family, friends and patients, We are reaching out to check in and see how you are all doing during this crazy time. We want to reassure you that we are here for you of emergency needs. * Our current schedule: for emergencies and retainer deliveries. We are keeping our current schedule with a rotating skeleton crew in place during our normal working hours through April 6th unless otherwise instructed by the California Dental Association. Should you be in need of eme...rgency services after hours please don’t hesitate to contact us at 559-287-7042. We do have the ability to conduct a facetime evaluation for all SOS appointments. * If you have fixed appliances: please remember to wear your elastics, headgear and appliances as instructed. * If you have clear aligners: please continue the course until your follow up appointment. If you are due to change your aligners you can call us to arrange a time to come by and pick up your next set. * If you are having troubles or have lost your retainers: please contact the office immediately to discuss how we should proceed. * We are able to receive monthly payments by phone or mail so we can continue to operate with our limited crew. In the spirit of community and in accordance with the guidelines from the California Dental Association we are suspending all non-essential care due to the Covid-19 virus for at least the next three weeks, though April 6, 2020.
