When you grew up suffering from depression and anxiety...I think sometimes it never completely goes away. For the most part I feel like i have a pretty good handle on it. I have been able to go years without medication. But there are times when I lose control and I can be a real jerk. I totally lose my cool and say things I don't mean and I can really hurt ppl's feelings. ... We all have mental issues to work on. So many levels. There is always something we can all improve. Let's all work on being a better person every day and think of others before we act or say things. None of us are perfect, but we can improve the world one by one.

Champagne and push ups!! Any better combo than that?? I have been a little MIA on social media bc things have been taking off and I have been super super busy. However, as some of you may know...I have been dealing with a stomach issues for many years and it's a big reason I push so hard. I'm currently on this crazy supplement regimen as you can see if you scroll thru my pics, so I haven't been feeling the best. I'm trying to tell myself it is temporary and things will fina...lly go back to normal. I truly don't know that tho. I hope they do. No matter what your fitness level...you just start somewhere. When I first started I could barely do the stair master for 5 mins. So I worked at it. I kept pushing. It's that kind of perseverance that also helps you get thru life. Helps you fight the depression, the anger, the anxiety, the suffering. I have a disorder called EDS. It's a connective tissue disorder where your joints, ligaments, tendons, skin...are all loose. It makes it hard for me to maintain muscle, it ...makes me susceptible to injuries...and it causes a lot of pain. I push so hard when I see others not even try with what seems like no obstacles other than their self confidence. Why is this? What makes you not try? Not start? Not believe in yourself? You might be missing out on a beautiful bike ride where you see an adorable fox...or even a rainbow...or TWO rainbows!! I'm here to tell you...whatever it is...YOU ARE DEAD WRONG! You can push soooo much harder than you believe. All you have to do...is let me prove it to you. After my handstand I tried to do a yoga move to help with my core and upper body strength. I've done it before, but I was unsuccessful tonight. I was getting sooo frustrated (ask my bf). Lol! Then I even had him try to help me get in the pose long enough to take a picture just so I could show you what I was TRYING to do. That was still a disaster. But I'll never give up. Perseverance is the key. We always want to be good at something right away...but that's just not how i...t works. Honestly...you'd be surprised how bored you would be if everything came easy to you.
