This Sunday's liturgy celebrates the feast day of All Saints. We ask for their intercession for the church on earth. The banner featured prior to mass commemorates all the faithful departed from St. Mel this year. We pray for the repose of their souls on November 2nd "All Souls Day" - (also remember that we turn the clocks back one hour today - aaront)
Let us all rejoice in the Lord, as we celebrate the feast day in honor of allthe Saints, at whose festival the Angels rejoice and praise the son of God.
