NNA LESSONS ARE DISTURBING.. We had a notary signing agent to notarize loan documents and then our trust. I was appalled and very concerned in how he recorded in his journal. For our loan documents he only required the signature and fingerprint of one of us. He told me NNA taught him this. Anyone else learned this? PLEASE STOP THIS.... As a realtor and signing agent. we are going into a new market much we were in 2008 with a lot of foreclosures and short sales. If you do not record right they can sue you as well as the realtor and get out of their loans.
