Our latest flip is finally finished and on the market! Unfortunately, I did not get very many before photos so these before and after shots are pretty limited but I think our afters speak for themselves. We basically took this one down to the foundation and built a nearly completely new house!! We are very proud to have taken another junker and turned it into a beautiful little house ready for a family to call it home.

Moving right along, should be ready for July sale.

Update - Since last post, we have plans approved, new foundation, and framing nearing completion. Moving right along.

Cranking on this project, demo almost done.

Okay, it's been a very long time since we have posted anything as we have been incredibly busy. We have completed several projects without an update and we want to get back into the habit of providing updates on all of our projects. We will start fresh with our most recent project that starts demo this week. We hope to have this cute bungalow completed by late spring/early summer.

Okay, I'm SUPER late posting these...it's been a busy few months...but better late than never! This enormous project was in Pollock Pines. It took a ton of hard work and time, but the end result is gorgeous and it went to a wonderful family. Another successful flip on the books!
