ATTENTION! This is a really amazing local cause that is worth fighting for. Karlie Kaasch puts on this fund raiser every year to spread awareness for veteran suicide and she does a DAMN good job, always great food and company, veteran or no! The sad truth is veterans all over the United States are committing suicide on a constant bases (22 veterans a DAY to be exact), whether it be from PTSD, failure to conform, etc. We, together, can seriously make a difference in our own co...mmunities; just by chipping in on a ticket or two and getting a great plate of food out of it! Lets get it DONE, and be DONE, with veteran suicide! P.S. Please see below for more information and for the POC. Mike the director from North Bay Vet Center in Rohnert Park, doing the Ironman here in Santa Rosa on Saturday, We here at SRJC Veterans Club our very proud of him as he continues to serve our local veterans and their families.
