Heads up peeps. I open at 10am and take last haircut at 4:45pm. To all my clients that know I will open early and stay late for you if you ask me to. Well guess what I had someone ask me if I could be here at 9:30 and they are a no show. I understand shit happens, but text me and I'm all good. I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for an early open or a late close. So from this day forward expect for a $10 early open or no show fee. Irene Owner-Barber

Well it's been a minute since I've posted on my FB business page. Getting windows done today to male sure I can see that big 20% of clients walking in.. Yes for now I am open with a 20% allowance of clients at a time. It's all good! #FCOVID ! If anyone needs a good window cleaning company Fish Window Cleaning does the job at a reasonable price!

Well guys I'm in vacation and I so needed this! This Covid has taken 5 friends of mine and I myself battled it in July. In July I felt like I was going to die and it sucked because I felt helpless! Yes I did make it through only because of my struggles of being an asthmatic and knowing how to handle my lungs. It was a journey and please all understand not to take this lighlty! I thought I was going to be back on January 5, 2021, but Newsome once again has killed salons and barber shops. #ThankfulThursday Let's Pre-Thanksgiving and be Thankful for all we have as we are all pretty much sane. I have a friend that is a hairdresser and works in a large psychiatric hospital with three units. She found that the patients have a community shower and are using a bar of soap, for shampoo. They are in need of shampoo, conditioner, clothes and shoes. She will be starting a donation(s) for nearly 300 patients and I myself at my shop will be asking my guys for donations as well. Maybe if you’re at Dollar tree you can help out and grab some shampoo, conditioner, socks etc. I will be accepting donations at my shop. Ages will be 18-60+ and mostly men. Well guys this is my last week of cutting. Last day for 2020 will be Christmas Eve. I will do a shutdown for a mini-vacation as well and be back on January 5, 2021. I copied this from a site that hairdressers and barbers are on. This group of people in the hair industry like myself are besides themselves. Newsom ruined this industry and other business as well. People please read this because not only did Covid and Newsome affect the North it affected all 50 states! This story right here showed that clients, owners and employees didn't stay loyal to one another. Shame on them! I actually know of a barber that has been around as long as ...Adrian and he shut down for 3 months to protect all and in those 3 months or more he had a barber open a shop a few doors down and take a few barbers with him. Really!? So with that being said, I want to thank those who have stayed on board with me. Those who are moving out of state thank you for the years of taking care of me and allowing me to live a decent life. Site I copied: Good morning all 2 months after reopening hair salons in the East Bay CA I got some feed backs on business generating income: (comparing to this time last year) 1- some salons got busy at first with haircuts, now they are at 60% (including new clients)no services were rendered at all during closing. 2- some salons are at 30-40% (most likely did not keep client data, were not able to reach out) 3- lot of salons at 70%, (some stylists performed services during closing). 4- many salons lost rental booth stylists.for one reason or another, rentals got adjusted to work from home or did not pay rent during closing and went to reopen in another salon. 5- all stylists say 25% of their clients changed their mind about the usual service and adapt a new trend. 15-20% did not return at all, and they gained some new clients and the base cost to run the business went up about 15%. Few stylists gave raising prices a thought. Some stylists are more active on the social media with some promotion prices to bring in clients. and of course we do not forget those who had to close permanently God helps us all

Well the Governor has stated that barber shops in OC and the IE can officially open on August 31, 2020 with certain requirements. So heads up I'm OFFICIALLY OPEN and of course my only requirements will be masks and social distancing. Let's hope that we don't get shut down again as flu season is around the corner. To all get on that Vitamin C, Zinc, Elderberry and if you believe in that flu shot get it done. Let's hope for Covid to say Good bye to us soon and let's make sure we all do what we have to do to stay healthy! NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED WALK-INS WELCOMED ALWAYS! Just a little FYI..inhaled someone come in with symptoms and he was a regular. I apologized and said please come back in 2 weeks. This shit is legit! Think about it please!
