I hope everyone had a great day today. I have three slots left for my adolescent group focusing on Anxiety, Depression, and Substance use. Group starts on 10/19/20.

Starting on October 19th, I will be running an in-person, socially distanced group to help teens learn how to deal with anxiety, depression. They will also learn how to overcome addiction and bad habits in healthy ways. This 8-week session will be held every Monday from 5 pm - 6:30 pm. Cost is $25.00/week.
