To kick off the new year, The Supper Club invited LA members to Redbird in DTLA, for an incredible dinner filled with fine company, delicious food, innovative c...ocktails and an exciting new aviation partner JetSmarter. Perched high above the main restaurant in ‘The Nest’, guests sipped on Patrón Tequila cocktails by master mixologist Rosie Ruiz and passed hors d’oeuvres, prepared live by Redbird Chef & Partner Neal Fraser from the open kitchen. Dinner was a tasty three-course affair of New American cuisine, paired with Patrón cocktails and Seebass Vineyards and Family Wines wines, including a to-die-for 2014 Grand Reserve Merlot and the crowd pleaser Member’s Only cocktail, a potent mix of Roca Patrón Silver, Homemade Balsamic Pear Shrub, Honey Syrup and Lemon Juice. After the first course, Joaquín Aviñó, Senior VP of Business Development at JetSmarter, greeted guests and gave insight into the exciting partnership and complimentary three-month trial membership offered to all Supper Club members. Several delicious plates, cocktails, glasses of vino and fabulous conversations later, guests departed from The Nest feeling warm, fulfilled, and ready to start jet-setting with JetSmarter! One of the most amazing experiences this year is the video we shot for Apple. We created a green screen studio in one hour at The Roxy, 45 minutes to shoot 4 teams of 26 people and had to edit in one day for their event at The Grammy Museum. Thanks to a great crew, we achieved this smoothly and successfully. Double A Events sets up the most amazing and entertaining events for any business, thank you. The video is a fun live lip synch battle between Apple iTunes and Beats creative team members, it was a complete surprise to them as we unveiled the green screen behind the curtains of the stage at the event.

The Supper Club members gathered at a gorgeous home in the Pacific Palisades to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic ocean view alongside a Surf & Turf Oceanfront Din...ner Party! To the jazzy backdrop of our incredible band for the evening, Alanna and These Fine Gentlemen, guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres from the Haute Chefs LA team alongside wines from The Spire Collection and some mouthwatering Cointreau Rickeys, prepared by our top-notch mixologists or by the guests themselves at the Cointreau Rickey DIY Bar. Guests were then seated for a fabulous family-style dinner featuring juicy steaks and fresh-caught lobster, kept classy by a wonderful pianist. With full bellies and happy hearts as the dinner wound to a close, guests kept the festivities alive late into the night. See more
