Mrs. Delgado and the SAUSD Counselors had a great start to National School Counselors week. Yesterday the students made origami hearts (in preparation of We Care Day), worked on grounding techniques by playing The 5 senses scavenger hunt game, and learned a few yoga stretches. Today is Day 2 (Tuesday) and the activities include: learning some breathing techniques, coping skills, and creating a drawing. ATTENTION SANTIAGO K-5 FAMILIES! For our upcoming Boca de Oro festival in Santa Ana, we will be celebrating student artists in SAUSD. We are making a promo video to show that the arts are "something for all ages."
