Happy Second Adoption Day for Penny! She was adopted from @spcaLA P.D.Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center as a puppy 41/2 years ago. Unfortunately, she was returned to us when her family had a new baby. While this is a tough situation, spcaLA adopters can return their pets at anytime. This gives them a safe place to return so that they may be rehomed. The good news is Penny has found a new home!
