Sowers Concert Orchestras

Sowers Concert Orchestra had an outstanding 2017 Festival season. Excellent rating at SCSBOA in March, and Superior rating at Music in the Parks in June performing, Entrance of the Queen of Sheba, Viking, and Sahara Crossing. Go Vikings!

Sowers Concert Orchestra received an Excellent rating at our recent SCSBOA festival at Millikan High School in Long Beach.

The holidays are approaching fast. Celebrate with Seabreeze Youth Orchestra Saturday December 6 at Seabreeze Church at 6:30 pm, and Sunday December 7 at the Bella Terra amphitheater at 6:30 pm as we present Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik.

Thank you to Cathy Alonzo and Karen Linkletter who led our musicians in two amazing master classes last night that pushed the boundaries of our comfort zone as musicians. Cathy Alonzo taught our Violins and Violas about Irish fiddling and they learned the Tamlin Reel, while Dr. Linkletter led our Celli/Bass sections in the Ocarina Medley, music from The Legend of Zelda.
