USA BASEBALL UPDATE NTIS Tryouts Registered Players Amid the concerns surrounding the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) across the country, USA Baseball has made the decision to temporarily postpone NTIS tryouts that were scheduled through April 15, 2020. Our plan is to resume all NTIS tryouts after April 15. In preparation for this new timeframe, simply go to www.southwestntis.com and find a listed tryout date and location. We will also be adding additional dates and we can... transfer players as many times as needed to find a tryout that best works for you. Please email [email protected] this info along with your player’s name and we will easily transfer you to your new tryout. We have many tryout options throughout the Southwest Region available in April, May, and June. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to seeing everyone back soon on the baseball field!

TERMARR JOHNSON: 15U NATIONAL TEAM While representing the Southeast in the 2018 NTIS Champions Cup, Johnson was invited to the 15U National Team Trials where he was eventually named to the 2019 15U National Team roster. Throughout his 2019 campaign for Team USA, Johnson became one of the top offensive contributors on the roster. He finished the season with a .375 batting average while collecting nine hits, nine runs and 13 total bases in 24 at-bats. While representing the... PETE CROW-ARMSTRONG: THREE-TIME NATIONAL TEAM ALUM After securing a spot on the 12U National Team in 2014, Crow-Armstrong competed in the National Team Championships in Arizona in hopes of once again making a national team program roster. He earned an invite to the 2016 14U National Team Development Program (NTDP) and worked his way to the 15U National Team Trials, where he was eventually named to the 15U National Team roster in 2017. There, he helped lead Team USA to its ...third-straight gold medal in the COPABE Pan Am "AA" Championships with a .360 slugging percentage and .367 on-base percentage. Since then, Crow-Armstrong has also managed to work his way onto the 18U National Team, winning gold at the 2018 COPABE U-18 Pan-American Championships and a silver medal in the 2019 World Baseball Softball Confederation U-18 Baseball World Cup.
