We are pretty stoked to announce that our little neighborhood brew pub has just sold it's 5000th hand stretched, Neapolitan style pizza! So thank you Fresno! You rock! See you all at the pub!

As we head into Thanksgiving I thought I'd provide an update on where we're at with the progress of the brewery. When we started this endeavor everyone in the industry told us it would take twice as long as we expected, and this has turned out to be true. Getting something like this off the ground is an incredibly complex maze of regulations, permits, inspections, construction, financial hurdles, and if that wasn't enough, we're in the middle of a deadly pandemic! We’d be ha...rd pressed to open the doors even if the space was ready. Despite the challenges though, we are staying the course. We believe that downtown needs a neighborhood pub like the ones we have fallen in love with during our travels around the US and abroad. A place to gather, eat and drink, and share life together. So on this day we are thankful for those who have voiced support and encouragement, and that we are stable and steadily moving forward on making this dream a reality. So with that said, at this time we are reworking some drawings due to issues discovered during our tenant improvements and are resubmitting them for city approval. We are happy to be part of this years Fresno/Madera Toys for Tots drive! However, since our space is still under construction, we've had to call on some friends to place our collection boxes. Please bring a new unwrapped toy and make a kid happy this Christmas!

Happy Monday! While Doug and TJ are working on getting construction moving again, I've been busy brewing pilot batches and figured I'd share what's on tap at my house right now. From front to back: A good old fashioned Pale Ale (remember those?), a Berliner Weisse, a Raspberry Berliner Weisse (my current favorite), a Kolsch, and an IPA. Yesterday I brewed up a Dunkelweizen which I'm looking forward to. What's pouring at your place? ~ Dana

So I was at a wedding yesterday and about a dozen people asked about the status of the brewery, which was amazing! I realized I haven't posted in a while, so here's an update: The plumbing is going in, but of course when you do construction in a 100 year old building there's always something to discover! So we're slowed down for a second, but we're still moving forward. We've also been working in the background getting the design just right. We actually have a mini-pub set u...p at an undisclosed secret laboratory where we're putting together design elements, testing tables and chairs, and making sure we get just the right balance to make this your neighborhood brew-pub that you want to spend a lot of time in. Lastly. I'm still brewing and making pizza every weekend so we have a solid food and beverage lineup when we're ready to invite you all in. There's also another neat little project I'm working on with a friend, so I'll be talking about that soon. So thanks for sticking with us!
