We know we’ve been posting about this subject a lot, but in 20 years of operation we haven’t had nearly as many dry fired bows as we have had this year. Since February we’ve had at least three dry fired bows at a time. 5 are pictured of the 8 dry fired bows brought in in the last three weeks. NEVER PULL YOUR BOW BACK WITHOUT AN ARROW. No one ever means to dry fire. It’s ALWAYS an accident. Accidents can happen to anyone. Please, we are begging you guys! Always load an arrow in your bow, no matter what you are checking, if you’re planning on pulling it back.

Hello everyone! We will be closed Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day (Dec 24th - 25th), and New Years Eve Day and New Years Day (Dec. 31st - Jan. 1st). Normal business hours will resume the days we come back (Dec 26th and Jan 2nd). Happy Holidays to all and stay safe!

ALWAYS check your equipment! Even if your equipment leaves our shop perfect, there’s a lot of vibration happening when you shoot, especially for compound bows. This compound bow had its cable stop fall off, leaving exposed threads that cut into the string. 13 of 16 strands broke, leaving 3 strands holding 70lbs of pressure! Even if you just shot yesterday, ALWAYS check your equipment!

Orange County is now in the purple tier as of this time. Remember, a mask is to be worn when you are in our building. Please make an appointment for any and all bow work or to shoot, as we are still practicing social distancing. Parents, if you are bringing your child in to shoot, please limit to one parent and no non-shooting siblings. Spectators and lane sharing will not be allowed at this time. We will keep everyone updated on these guidelines as time goes by.
