Hey friends I'm going to be putting together a drum sample library including stuff from previous projects I've worked on. It's going to have several drums, tunings, mic placements, and room treatments to fit just about any type of project without being overly processed, along with effects and one-shot samples. A quick show of hands in the comments etc will help a ton with what people might be looking for. I'm also looking into virtual instruments, although that might be a w...ays down the road. Mookatite released some new tunes I had the pleasure of working with at the studio these past few months. I think it turned out pretty cool. Hey everybody- If you're seeing this unfamiliar page on your feed, I've merged both the Sound Heart Collective page with my personal recording page. I felt having two separate pages caused more confusion when clients would tag the page or when people went to look SHC/me up online. Everything will be posted here from now on. I've been posting most of my content on Instagram- so if you'd like to see what's been going on in and out of the studio, or just want to see me drin...k copious amounts of Yerba and cuddling my cat Louie, feel free to follow me @soundheartcollective. I feel like it's easier to see content on IG anyway since the lovely people at Facebook want to shaft every small business they can by limiting pages' traffic... As far as what has been going on since the new year, the past few months have been really busy. March has been spent with a few artists who have really been taking their time in the studio to make sure they leave with some seriously badass music, and I feel like I've really bonded with them over these past few weeks of having them in the studio. I am very excited to see these artists push themselves the rest of this year. That being said, I've had dozens of project inquiries come in this year and have had a few in person/Skype consultations just in this last month regarding availability for April, May and June- I have a few weekday slots open for April, and a still a good chunk of May open with some dates being booked in June! If you're looking at committing to some dates and getting some work done before summer, now is the time to do it! I'm booking artists and hooking it up for larger projects.
