Pick up some yummy winter squash at the JT Farmer's Market today! So nutritious and EASY to make/bake. Slice in half, pull out the seeds, rub the inside with olive oil and place face down on a baking sheet, bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. While baking, mix up some goat cheese or cream cheese with nuts and/or seeds and maple syrup. When done baking, fill the wells with the cheese mixture, bake another 15 minutes and enjoy!
