Today our wonderful ED is hopping into retirement. The team at Somerford Place of Fresno would like to thank her for all the years she has giving us and she will be missed.

Putting together some goodie bags to the family's in need from the fires up by Shaver Lake.

The retired teachers at Somerford Place and the lifestyle team had so much fun putting together back to school supplies for the kids.

Lifestyle signature for September is scholastic days. Retired teachers at Somerford Place put together school supplies in decorative boxes for students in need during this time.

We were hard at work this Labor Day, creating these American flags out of egg cartons. Happy Labor Day!

What a fun Fathers Day here at Somerford. They traveled down Route 66 which led them to the Diner to enjoy French fries and malt shakes.

We are very thankful for our families support and understanding during this time. Zoom and FaceTime calls as well as our connection spot has been helpful. This couple here gets the cutest couple award.... presented by: Me

Your loved ones Wallet or Purse... One of my husband’s security blankets was his wallet. When I felt he could no longer be trusted with finances, I substituted ...everything in his wallet with dollar bills, an Alzheimer’s photo ID card, his insurance cards, and emergency phone numbers. Red never knew the difference. Of course, this substitution took place in the dead of night. Deception takes effort and forethought. See more
