Well, I guess it's time to update my page. Dance costumes are all done for this season si in very busy with making, ....wait for it. ..face masks. Yes, I never thought in million years, that I'll be so busy making face masks. It is sad, that it came to this, but wearing a mask doesnt have to be so bad. Here are some that I created and fabrics that I have. Side note: waiting in line for 1 hour to get into Joan's fabric store, reminds me of my childhood., when I used stand in line for bread, bananas or oranges- and yes even toilet paper that wasnt 1ply 2ply or 3ply. It was like a sand paper, yes those were the days. Good memories.

Little bit of this year costumes creations. Some of them were altered, some of them recreated and some were made from scratch. Some were easy and some were not so easy, but all in all I was happy and so was the dance teacher aka @ashleykorngold Enjoy.

So finally I made something for my daughter. She had to dress up as one of the gold rush characters. She loved it and said, that it's better than Amazon. I'll take that as a compliment. What do you think? Btw. The blue apron just snaps on, so she doesn't have too many bows on her behind lol Kind of modern touch

So I had this wonderful costumer. Her granddaughter caught Angels t-shirt at the angels game. It was from Mike Trout #27. However, she is only a little girl and the shirt was huge. So I made this little transformation. Grandma was happy and granddaughter was excited as well, since she can wear the t-shirt now.

Ok, so dance competitions are around the corner and with that comes my busiest time of the year. Here is my a sample of my first solo costume of this year dance season. Hope you like it. Cali ( dancer) will be dancing to a song from Britany spears - circus.

So, back in june , I accepted a challenge. Create 3 skirts in 1. 1 for traveling through London -b/w skirt 1for Brazil -red fringes and 1 for Paris - red long skirt from chiffon. Lots of engineering went into it, but at the end it came together nicely. No wardrobe malfunction lol. Hope you like it.
