On December 13th & 14th, Sonoma County Transit will introduce revised schedules on routes 30, 32, 40 & 68 as described below: Route 30 Three new eastbound and three new westbound trips have been added. Route 30 operates on a daily schedule offering the same level of service seven days a week. The new schedule is effective Sunday, December 13. Route 32 is changing to a Monday thru Saturday schedule, thereby expanding service on Saturdays. The previous Agua Caliente / High...way 12 timepoint has been changed to Highway 12 / Martin Ave. The new schedule is effective on Monday, December 14. Route 40 One new eastbound and one new westbound trip has been added. Route 40 operates on Weekdays and its new schedule is effective Monday, December 14. Note that all Route 40 trips provide for easy transfers to and from Route 30 at the Sonoma Plaza. Route 68 The 7:00am trip has been cancelled and the 3:45pm trip has been restored. Route 68 operates Monday thru Saturday. The new schedule is effective on Monday, December 14. The revised schedules will be posted on sctransit.com Friday, December 4.

We were up bright and early to celebrate the opening of the remodeled Gate 2! The Airport Manager, Airport Staff, and representatives for Sonoma County Supervis...or Gore, Q&D Construction, C&S Companies and Mead & Hunt participated in a pre-dawn ribbon cutting. In advance of the STS terminal modernization project, the TSA security check point has been moved, and the first passengers have made their way through. Ongoing and completed work this week includes pothole fixes and brush-cutting countywide, and hazard tree removal inside the Walbridge and Glass fire burn areas. The bridge crew is repairing a cattle guard on Brooks Rd., a viaduct on Eagles Nest Rd., and repairing guardrails on Lakeville Hwy. near #Petaluma and Bennett Valley Rd. near #SantaRosa. The culvert crew is busy constructing a rock wall on #Cazadero Hwy., while the traffic crew is repairing road signs and striping in various locations in the #Healdsburg area. Sonoma County Transit's electric fleet is growing! Say hello to our two new all-electric buses expected to be in operation mid-November. To start, the buses will travel Route 42 (Industry West Park - Downtown Santa Rosa) and on local Rohnert Park/Cotati Routes 10,12, and 14. Once remote charging stations are established, the buses will also operate on local Fare-Free routes in Windsor and Healdsburg. Three additional 30’ electric buses are expected in 2022 to expand all-elec...tric service to local routes in Cloverdale and Sonoma/Sonoma Valley. Sonoma County Transit’s first electric bus was introduced in December, 2018, and operates daily on the Sebastopol Shuttle, Route 24.
