Join us for a very special Yoga Social on Thursday April 11th! We will be bidding a fond farewell to our lovely Laura ~ SCYS’s Founder & Executive Director. Laura & her sweet family are moving to Syracuse, NY to embark on a new adventure which will include victorian homes, renovations, and lots of family members! We’re hoping to welcome them back to the Southbay in a couple of years. Laura will still be our leader, guiding us through our mission as we continue to grow and sha...re free yoga & connection-to-community in the Southbay. Over the last year, Laura has worked tirelessly to realize her dream of establishing a grassroots nonprofit that would make yoga accessible and welcoming for anyone who was interested. We will continue to offer free, donation-based yoga to the Southbay community ~ led by out teacher-in-chief Marte Penland! And we will cheer on Laura and support her in launching the next chapter of SCYS ~~ SYS (Syracuse Yoga Social)!
