This morning we did a quilt presentation to a 90 year old Veteran.

Part two--the quilt award(s). We not only awarded the 100 year old, but surprised his 70 year old son from Mesa, AZ who served for 26 years with a quilt. Another 100 year old Veteran celebrating his birthday today.

We had a Veteran who is celebrating his 100th birthday and awarded his quilt. They had a car parade, then all the awards, then a motorcycle procession. The young man who composed the music is only a junior in high school and plays with the Pacific Symphony both piano and violin.

Another volunteer did a WWII Veteran quilt presentation from Quilt Reaction Force on Fri for his 100th birthday.
