You don't have to be flexible or spend a lot of money to join us at Del Mar Beach Yoga! One of my own favorite teachers always says, "It's not 'what' you do; it's 'how' you do what you do." Asana practice is just that, a practice. A tool for recognizing patterns, blocks, areas of your life you tend to avoid. It doesn't matter if you can put your feet over your head or twist yourself into a pretzel. Yoga is for everyone. Yoga IS everyone. See you Sunday. 10am.
