Over the last few Covid months, I have been humbled by many shout-outs for Personal Coaching. There are many people living in question marks and they have found themselves tangled in negative thoughts, disappointment, anxiety, depression, feelings of defeat and just simply in a doggone rut. As much as I miss the one-on-one in real life, I have allowed Zoom to become one of the solutions to staying connected.
