Do you love German Chocolate? I have a deep love for German Chocolate cake even though it’s not MY favorite because it reminds me of my dad and his love for it. So in the end, I guess it IS and always will be one of my favorites.

This weekend it feels like the desert has come to the coast. Our AC chose today to go out...so we’ve got a makeshift swamp cooler going...how are you keeping cool?

I’ve seen quite a few jokes out and about online today regarding June being over and thus companies who were capitalizing on Pride and the LGBTQ+ community quickly discarding their enthusiasm for the next thing (probably 4th of July?). We all know though that Pride isn’t only for a day, a moment, or a month, it’s every single day, and my support and love for this community is ever present and will never waver. So as I’ve said before and will never stop saying, Happy Pride to my LGBTQ+ family, I stand beside you, and I love you all!
