In light of everything that has happened in the last couple of days, and will continue to happen in the days and weeks and years ahead, it seems trivial to celebrate, but that's what we are doing tonight at Southpaw. It's their 5-year anniversary, and the recognition of my 1-year partnership with them. It makes me feel better about the world when my immediate community is full of caring, hard-working, passionate, and dedicated people from all walks of life. Thank you to Eliza...beth and Zack for being great business partners, our incredible and talented FoH and BoH staff, and all of our loyal guests who we see each week. I could not consider myself more lucky. We will continue to use Southpaw as a vehicle to affect change in our community, radiating into our state and nation at large.
