Ten years ago this month we bought an old bread truck and our first stone grinder, and just like that Smooth Rides was officially tuning skis door-to-door. This picture was right after we had the logos put on and we were ready for business. Things have changed like crazy over the years with different machines and a necessary move out of the truck, but the principles remain - provide the highest quality product and service possible, at a fair and upfront price, never sell some...one a service they don't need, always show up on time, and never miss a deadline. From those humble beginnings, and with the help of all of you, we've grown every year. To celebrate we'll be offering $10 off on all wax/edge, full tunes with grinds, and mounts through the end of October. We are open for walk-ins everyday except Tuesday, and our free pickup and delivery service will begin the day after Thanksgiving. Also, we may be moving to a new location in downtown Truckee, and will be closing for approximately two weeks in early November in order to deal with the move. Therefore, if you need skis serviced or mounted before the end of November please bring them in ASAP so we can get them done before the move. Thanks for ten great years! Cooper & Chris
