They want to see that you’re able to arrive on time, come prepared, answer questions easily and still be yourself - which isn’t always easy for people when they know they’re on camera. So that being said, we did our research and here are th...e best practices when you’re preparing to interview for a job in 2021. Pick your spot. If you’re familiar with Room Rater on Twitter then you’ll know that where you’ve decided to set up for the video call is very important. Make sure you’re not easily distracted, the wifi is strong and keep in mind that the person on the other end of the call can see everything behind you.
