Traditions are great, but keeping them up-to-date is key. Put a new spin on an old classic with mini sweet potato bites topped with melty, magnificent First Street marshmallows! To Make: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes and slice into rounds, then toss with butter and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flip sweet potato rounds and then bake an additional 10 minutes. Switch oven to boiler. Remove baking sheet and top each sweet potato round with one marshmallow and then broil until golden (30-60 seconds). Remove from oven, top with pecan halves & enjoy!
