Really missing my clinic room right about now! . . I was still in the middle of building my business when this pandemic hit. We couldn’t have known that this was going to happen and it’s scary to think how quickly our reality can change. But if I have gotten anything out of this situation, I think I’ve really started to learn to appreciate what you have already because it’s already enough. When times like these bring uncertainty I think it’s unbelievably important to stay ...positive and stick together to support each other. I know we can’t be all positivity 100% of the time but when times like this are unsure it’s extremely important to be kind to yourself and continue to take care of yourself. . . Negativity literally weakens your immune system so it’s time to recognize being nice to yourself and others is powerful and healthy. I just want everyone to stop, look around and really notice all that’s going on in your life and to be fully present. I’ve learned to appreciate how far I’ve come and what I have in the present moment is all I really need. I hope everyone is staying strong out there, we’re in this together.
