ACTIVE AFTER SCHOOL TRAIN OFF THE SCHOOL DAY Directed by KATHY STUDNICKA Elite Combine Training & Baseball Academy will host an Active After School group training class program devoted to keeping kids healthy and active! Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:00pm at our indoor training facility located at 2285 Ward Avenue, #B, Simi Valley, CA 93065, and are designed for boys and girls from 8-13 years old to provide each individual with Strength, Movement, Sp...eed and Functional Training. Kids need a chance to be active, and with the educational system cutting physical education classes, Active After School is a great way for your child to begin a healthier lifestyle. Classes consist of Improving Sports Specific Movement, Conditioning, Speed Training and improving kids overall health. Kids will become more focused on their school work, learn how to work with others and become more confident with themselves through the physical challenges that they will face and conquer. The individual price per class is $18.00 or you can save and sign up for a 10 classes for $150.00 Classes are limited to 20 participants to keep instructor to student ratio low, providing quality instruction to kids of all ability levels within an environment that is fun and exciting.
